How it all started…

I made a big mistake.

I’d always dreamed of running my own business, something that gave me freedom, flexibility, and the ability to make people happy.

But for years, I’d been stuck in the wrong place.

I was working as a mortgage adviser, watching interest rates climb and clients come in scared about how they’d keep their homes.
That wasn’t why I got into advising. I wanted to help people feel good about their future, not worried sick.

So, I made a snap decision: I was going to open a travel agency.

On day one, I was full of optimism. I’d chosen the perfect name, picked the colours, made the window look inviting, and even bought furniture that I thought would make people want to come in.
In my head, I was already imagining the blue plaque that would one day read:

“Billionaire Sir Peter Stamford, the greatest travel agent of all time, started his business here.”

By the end of month one, I’d sold two holidays. Both to my mum.

It wasn’t that the holidays were bad (they were great). The problem was, I looked and sounded exactly like every other agent out there.

I knew something had to change.

I had spent thousands and thousands of pounds over the years on business courses and mentoring, learning how to build my mortgage business, so I started applying those skills to travel.

I rebranded.

I stopped selling “all holidays to all people” and became the go-to agent for a very particular niche of client.

That focus changed everything.

Bookings started rolling in, from people who finally felt seen and understood.

I wasn’t competing on price anymore, I was being chosen.

Since then I've sold hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of holidays, written a book and won numerous awards...

Now, I teach other travel agents how to find their own version of that shift.
I help them discover the thing that makes them the only choice for their ideal client.

I coach them how to get in front of those clients.

What is the BRAVE system?

The first job is to get your business into shape, from the inside out.

I have a strong suspicion you're NOT doing the WRONG things. You’re just doing too many, or doing them without a proper plan. So we slow things down a little and build the foundation properly.

Together we’ll work through:

  • What success looks like for you

  • How you want to work and how we can fit that into your busy life

  • What kind of bookings you want more of (and which ones you could probably stop saying yes to)

Then we define your niche and shape your brand around it. Get real clarity on who you help, how you work, and what makes you worth listening to.

Your brand voice, tone, visuals, and key messaging will start to come together, so people understand who you are and why they should trust you.

You’ll also build a few important tools, a converting website, a functioning enquiry flow, and a basic email list. None of it needs to be perfect at first. It just needs to be in place and do its job.

You might have already built a lot of this, in which case we’ll solidify the foundations.

By the end of this stage, you’ll stop feeling like you’re winging it and start feeling like you’ve got something solid under your feet.

Once you’ve got the basics built, the next step is to get people to actually find you.

We look at visibility, but only the kind that makes sense for the way you want to work.

That might include:

  • Instagram or Facebook

  • Local partnerships or community visibility

  • Longer-form content like YouTube or podcasts

  • Or a combination that suits your strengths

You don’t need to be on every platform. We work out what fits, and you build a rhythm that feels manageable.

Then we look at paid traffic, things like Facebook ads, Google search, or influencer collaborations.

The point here isn’t to throw money at the problem. It’s to understand how to use small budgets well, reinvest profits sensibly, test properly, and track what’s working.

You’ll come away with simple, repeatable ways to bring in new interest without relying on luck.

Moving onto the third section. Advance. This part is all about moving people forward from interest to action.

We look at what happens when someone fills in your form or sends you a message. How do you reply? What do you ask? What do they get back? How quickly? Is it clear? Is it persuasive?

You’ll tidy up your enquiry and quoting process. That might mean writing better email templates. It might mean using a CRM properly for the first time. It might mean changing the way you follow up.

You’ll also work on confidence around selling, guiding people towards a decision.

What do you say when someone’s unsure?
When they ghost you?
When they ask for a cheaper option?

You’ll build a system for following up that feels respectful, one that makes it easier for people to say yes, not feel pestered.

Selling doesn’t need to feel like a separate part of your job. In this stage, it becomes a natural part of the way you work.

Trust makes everything easier and this pillar is all about building it.

People don’t just want a good price. They want to feel safe. Reassured. Like someone has their back.

You’ll learn how to build that feeling before, during and after someone books.

We’ll cover:

  • What kind of content builds confidence

  • How to use client stories and reviews properly

  • What kind of experience your customer gets after they’ve said yes

You’ll create a follow-up system that feels personal but doesn’t rely on memory. Things like onboarding emails, check-ins, reminders, gifts, thank-yous, whatever suits your business.

We’ll also look at loyalty and referrals. You’ll build ways to stay in touch post-travel, encourage repeat bookings, and make referrals easier without needing to chase or bribe anyone.

This is the part of the course where you stop treating every booking as a one-off. Instead, you create the kind of experience people want to come back to.

The final section is about growth and systemisation.

You’ll get clear on what you want next. That might be:

  • More bookings

  • Fewer bookings but better profit

  • Hiring help

  • Launching something new

  • Or just simplifying how you run things

You’ll take a proper look at what’s working and what’s getting in the way.

Then you’ll build a basic scorecard (a way to track what actually matters in your business). Numbers that help you see if you’re making progress.

We’ll look at automation, content systems, and workflows. Nothing overcomplicated. Just ways to save time and protect your energy.

This final pillar is about creating space to plan, think, and make decisions on purpose, rather than just out of panic.
